WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that my participation in activities at Whichcraft Art Bar, LLC ("the Company") is voluntary and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, allergic reactions, and damage to personal property. By e-signing this agreement by way of completing this online form, I agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that engaging in art and craft activities may involve the use of potentially hazardous materials, tools, and equipment. I assume all risks associated with my participation, including those arising from the negligence of the Company, its owners, employees, or agents.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge Whichcraft Art Bar, LLC, its owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in activities at the Company, including any claims related to injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property.

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Whichcraft Art Bar, LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from my participation, including claims brought by third parties.

4. Medical Treatment Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I authorize the Company to seek medical treatment on my behalf. I acknowledge that I am responsible for all medical costs incurred.

5. Allergy Acknowledgment
I understand that the Company may use materials that could cause allergic reactions, including but not limited to paint, glue, latex, and food-based ingredients. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to disclose any known allergies and take necessary precautions. The Company is not liable for any allergic reactions.

6. Alcohol Consumption (If Applicable)
If alcohol is permitted at the Company, I affirm that I am of legal drinking age and accept full responsibility for my consumption and any consequences thereof.

7. Parental/Guardian Consent (For Participants Under 18)
if signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and consent to the terms of this waiver on behalf of the minor.

8. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read and understand this waiver. I voluntarily sign it, intending to release the Company from all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
